By Yordy is a full beauty house on Del Prado Boulevard: hair, nails, brows, lashes and skin, all in one visit. The salon is new — the hands are not. Yordania has spent more than twenty years behind the chair, and it shows in the work that walks out the door.

Guests come in for a balayage and stay for the rest: a blowout before a wedding, a keratin that finally calms the frizz, a manicure while the color processes. We work in English and Spanish, we respect your time, and we tell you the truth about what your hair can take today — not what sells a bigger ticket.

Booking Policy

Simple, and fair both ways

A chair held for you is a chair nobody else can use. This is how we keep the schedule honest — without ever keeping your money.

20% deposit when you book

We charge 20% of the service total at the moment of booking. It is not an extra fee — it comes straight off your bill on the day.

Move it free, up to 48 hours before

Something came up? Tell us at least 48 hours ahead and we reschedule at no cost — your deposit moves with you.

No-show or late cancel: it becomes store credit

If you do not make it and did not tell us in time, the 20% is not refunded — it stays on your account as store credit for your next visit or for products.

Before you come in

Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are strongly recommended, especially for color. Walk-ins are welcome when a chair is open, but Saturdays fill up first.

How does the 20% deposit work?

When you book, we charge 20% of the service total. It is not an extra fee — it comes off your bill the day of your appointment.

What if I need to reschedule?

Let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment and we move it at no cost, deposit included. If you do not show up or cancel late, the 20% stays on your account as store credit for your next visit.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. The whole team works in English and Spanish — hablamos español.

How long does a balayage take?

Between two and four hours depending on length, density and how far we are taking the color. We tell you the honest time before we start, so you can plan your day.

Can you fix color from another salon?

Color correction is one of the things we do most. Bring photos of what you have and what you want, and we will tell you what is possible in one session and what needs two.

Can I get hair and nails the same day?

Yes — that is what the house is for. Many guests get a manicure while their color processes. Ask when you book so we hold both chairs.

Where do I park?

We are in the Chandelle Square plaza on Del Prado Blvd S, Suite 5. Free parking right in front of the salon.

Balayage or highlights — which one do you actually want?

Highlights are painted on foil, root to tip. Balayage is hand-painted, so the root stays soft and grows out without a line. If you hate touch-ups every six weeks, you want balayage.
